PORTICI ROYAL PALACE and COOKING CLASS

The Reggia di Portici was built in 1738 at the behest of the King of Naples, Charles of Bourbon, and his wife, Amalia of Saxony, fascinated by the landscapes of the South. Engineers, architects, and decorators of the caliber of Luigi Vanvitelli and Ferdinando Fuga. The Royal family loved to spend the most beautiful part of the year in this house placed on the horse of the ancient Strada Regia delle Calabrie, in a position of exceptional beauty, halfway between Vesuvius and the sea. But that's not all.

Walking from the courtyard of the Palace we will reach the cooking where history and culinary traditions will be the theme of this wonderful experience.

Starting with a welcome aperitif tasting typical products from Campania, we will start having fun learning all the secrets to know and create tasty traditional Neapolitan dishes based on fresh and seasonal products.

At the end, we will taste everything together accompanied by a good local wine.
