The sea between the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast, the silence underwater and the thrill of a real catch: this is spearfishing as fishermen have practised it for generations.
You set off by boat from the harbour of Massa Lubrense with a licensed, highly experienced instructor. No previous breath-hold experience is needed: step by step, you learn the techniques of ambush and silent approach, how to breathe and dive safely, always with respect for the sea and its rules.
After your time in the water, it is time to relax on board. Your brunch is a barbecue cooked on the boat, guaranteed whatever the catch, with water and soft drinks to accompany it.
A private experience for a maximum of 6 guests, between adrenaline, nature and flavour, on one of the most beautiful coastlines in Italy.
Itinerary
- Massa Lubrense harbour: Meet your instructor and board the boat.
- Spearfishing: Briefing and spearfishing session with your instructor.
- Barbecue on board: Brunch with a barbecue cooked on the boat, then return to the harbour.
