Every city has a history; Naples also has a legend. They say it was born where the body of the siren Parthenope came to rest, after Ulysses resisted her song.
With your private guide, you start from Piazza del Plebiscito, the royal heart of the city, among palaces and memories of the Bourbon court. From here you climb Monte Echia, the hill where Greek settlers founded the first city: a natural terrace over the sea, with one of the most beautiful views of the Gulf, Vesuvius and Capri.
You then go down to Santa Lucia and the seafront, to Castel dell'Ovo, seen from outside. Here your guide tells you the most famous of Neapolitan legends: the magic egg hidden by the poet Virgil in its foundations, on which the fate of the city depends.
Two hours between history and myth, to fall in love with Naples.
