You start from Piazza Tasso, the heart of the town, and with your local guide you enter the historic centre: narrow lanes, old churches, artisan workshops and hidden courtyards, with the stories that made this terrace above the gulf one of Italy's best-loved destinations.

Then it is time to taste. In a traditional, long-established salumeria, seated in its outdoor space, you savour a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, paired with a glass of local wine.
