A small-group cooking class, for a maximum of 8 guests, to learn real Neapolitan home cooking just outside Naples, right beside the Royal Palace of Portici, the summer residence of the Bourbon kings between Mount Vesuvius and the sea.

Your host, usually Alessandro, welcomes you as a guest at home. Here you don't watch someone cook: you cook. Everyone kneads their own fresh pasta dough and chooses between traditional tagliatelle and handmade ravioli. Then comes dessert: layer by layer, you make a classic tiramisù and learn the small secrets that make it so loved.

At the end, everyone sits down together to enjoy what you have made, with local red wine, water and Neapolitan coffee. It feels like cooking in a friend's kitchen: conversation, laughter and the warmth of a real Neapolitan table.

Perfect for couples, families with children aged 8 and over, friends and solo travelers, it is also a thoughtful gift or a team-building activity. You will go home with new skills and the confidence to cook these dishes again.

  1. Welcome: Welcome and tasting of Campanian specialties.
  2. Fresh pasta: Knead the dough by hand and shape tagliatelle or ravioli.
  3. Tiramisù: Prepare a classic tiramisù, layer by layer.
  4. At the table: Enjoy the dishes you made with local red wine, water and Neapolitan coffee.
